Banga soup is cooked with crayfish, dray prawn, dryish, chicken, and beef.
What's Included

4 wraps of swallow

Ingredients

Banga soup: Palm-nut fruit extract, onion, habanero pepper, cayenne pepper, Banga soup spices, dry better leaf (beletete), salt, and bouillon.

Swallow options

· Fufu (ingredient: plantain flour)
· Pounded yam (ingredient: yam flour)
· Eba (garri) (ingredient: cassava meal)
· Oat (ingredients: oat flour)

Instructions & Storage

- Package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit

- Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the refrigerator to defrost or keep frozen in freezer

- To consume, thaw, heat, and serve!

Microwave Instructions:
- Thaw containers and vacuum-sealed food at room temperature on the kitchen counter or submerge in a bowl of water
- Transfer contents into a microwave-safe bowl
- Microwave for 3-4 mins or to preference.

Our serving bowls are only suitable for reheating (2mins:20second) with a microwave. Sprinkle a little bit of water on food like yam, plantain, potato, and rice and swallow, this will prevent the food from drying out while microwaving it.

All vacuum-sealed meals should be thawed and transferred into a microwave-safe bowl before heating in the microwave

Storage
- Food can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 days (before heating), or placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

- To freeze, place the container in the freezer and store it for up to 2 weeks while vacuum-sealed food can be stored for up to 5 weeks.

- Orders with expedited shipping may incur an additional charge, beyond the free shipping

- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping.
