Nommli and our partners take great pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.
While we take steps to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the nation, some things are outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of shipping services like UPS, FedEx etc. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Nommli is unable to guarantee the time of delivery, as this is all subject to the carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages between 8 am-10 pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early to accommodate of potential delays and scheduling it to arrive at least 2 days in advance of your event. Most of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness.
In anticipation of high package volumes (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may have your order shipped early (subject to Merchant fulfillment availability) to ensure that it arrives in good condition.
We will provide your shipping information to our merchant (“Restaurant”) partners. It is the responsibility of the Restaurant to ship your accepted order to you at the address you provide when making the order. You will be responsible for all associated charges detailed at checkout. While an anticipated delivery date is provided on the website, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments. You are also responsible for providing an accurate address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order when it arrives; we will not be responsible for any orders which cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, lack of someone to receive the order at the provided address, or for lost or stolen orders.
Nommli shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by activities or factors beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, war, weather, strikes, floods, lockouts, fires, acts of God, terrorism, and/or delivery, vendor, supplier, or other third party delays, non-performance, or failures of any kind.
All packages are shipped via standard shipping services like UPS, FedEx etc and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Nommli does not require a signature for the delivery of most of its packages. There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment.
