Ingredients

Red lentil soup - Red lentil stew with mild spices and herbs

The Imam Fainted - Oven roasted eggplant stuffed with onions, tomatoes, garlic, green peppers, pine nuts served with rice

Chicken shish kebab - Tender cubes of chicken grilled on skewers with onions, green peppers served with yogurt sauce and rice

Bakalava - Dessert

Rice (for both mains)
Yogurt sauce (for kebab)

Instructions & Storage

Your meals are fully prepared, ready to heat and eat. Enjoy baklava & bread at room temperature.

Stove top
For curry, soup, or wet ingredients, heat in separate saucepans on low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For rice, sprinkle with water, cover, and warm in a pan for 5-10 minutes until soft.

(OR) Microwave
Transfer to safe containers and microwave for 3-4 minutes or to preference.

Oven heat kebabs
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place kebabs in a baking pan, sprinkle with water, cover, and bake for 5-8 minutes until tender.

Storage
Refrigerator: Store for about 2 days (before heating)
Freezer: Store for up to 2 weeks
