Butter Naan -  Indian flatbread where the dough is rolled out into a flat oval shape and then brushed with melted butter and minced garlic before being baked in a tandoor oven or on a griddle. The result is a soft, fluffy, and slightly chewy bread. 

Garlic Naan - Similar to Butter Naan except brushed with melted butter and minced garlic before being baked in a tandoor oven or on a griddle. Garlic naan is often served as an accompaniment to Indian curries and stews, but it can also be enjoyed on its own as a snack or appetizer. 

Vegetarian Biryani - Vegetable Biryani is a flavorful and aromatic rice dish that consists of long-grain basmati rice cooked with a variety of vegetables and is typically seasoned with a blend of aromatic spices. It is served with a side of raita (a yogurt-based condiment). 

Raita - Plain yogurt with grated cucumber, onion and mint. It is often served as a cooling side dish to offset the spiciness of Indian curries and rice dishes.

Malai Kofta - Deep-fried vegetable dumplings served in a creamy tomato-based gravy that is flavored with aromatic spices. The sauce is typically enriched with heavy cream or cashew nut paste to give it a rich and luscious texture.
