Starting with humble beginnings in 2009, the Scaffidi Family opened their first restaurant - Scaffidi's Pasta in a small, homelike setting that sat approximately 25 people. Fast forward to present day, the Scaffidi Family operates the Scaffidi Restaurant Group.
Since its opening, the Scaffidi Family has developed a respected reputation in the production of Premium Homemade Italian Products such as Pastas, Sauces, Gnocchi, Lasagnas, and much more. Since its inception, the Scaffidi Restaurant Group has produced tens of thousands of tons of product with their Pastas, Sauces, and much more.
Made with the finest ingredients, our products are made on-site each day by hand under the direction of our Nonnas (Grandmas) who have brought the time-tested traditions of small-batch pasta making into a perfect way of mass production, all the while keeping the same great taste, consistency, and texture.
