Chef and co-owners Guy Roeseler and David Lau returned from Hawaii to start Ono KineGrindz more than 14 years ago.

Beloved by local Hawaiian community in Wauwatosa, WI, David, born and raised on the island of Oahu, and Guy from Brookfield, WI met in Hawaii on Guy’s maiden three day trip that turned into a 12 year stay.

Today, they serve authentic Hawaiian cuisine that is an amalgamation of various immigrant cultures and traditions.
