This is the Veggie / Vegan version of the award-winning tonkotsu ramen by Menya Jiro.

Menya Jiro was the first ramen restaurant to bring "Kagoshima Ramen" to New York. Menya Jiro received 1st place in the NY Street Ramen Contest twice in 2016 and 2017.

*Pouches are meant to be boiled. DO NOT MICROWAVE.
*May be refrigerated for 2 days or stored in the freezer for up to 7 days.
