Jollof rice: Parboiled rice, tomato paste, tomatoes sauce, red & green bell pepper, garlic, ginger, onion, scallion, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, salt, habanero, bouillon, jalapeno, anise, fennel whole, cardamom, curry, black and white pepper, parsley or basil, nutmeg, grape oil, chicken broth, beef broth

Fried plantain: ripe plantain, salt, bouillon seasoning, cayenne pepper, grape oil

Sauce ingredients: chicken or goat meat, or beef, red and green bell pepper, tomato, scotch bonnet pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, scallion, rosemary, salt, habanero, bouillon, jalapeno, anise, fennel whole, cardamom, curry, basil, black pepper, white pepper, and grape oil

Stir fried green vegetable: kale, onion, garlic, salt, bouillon, chili, paprika, habanero, old bay seasoning, and grape oil. It may contain crayfish

- Package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit

- Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the refrigerator to defrost or keep frozen in freezer

- To consume, thaw, heat, and serve!

Microwave Instructions:
- Thaw containers and vacuum-sealed food at room temperature on the kitchen counter or submerge in a bowl of water
- Transfer contents into a microwave-safe bowl
- Microwave for 3-4 mins or to preference.

Our serving bowls are only suitable for reheating (2mins:20second) with a microwave. Sprinkle a little bit of water on food like yam, plantain, potato, and rice and swallow, this will prevent the food from drying out while microwaving it.

All vacuum-sealed meals should be thawed and transferred into a microwave-safe bowl before heating in the microwave

Storage
- Food can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 days (before heating), or placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

- To freeze, place the container in the freezer and store it for up to 2 weeks while vacuum-sealed food can be stored for up to 5 weeks.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
