African Beef Stew Meal

32.5oz Beef stew
16oz Fried beans
16oz Fried plantain
4lbs White rice
16oz Fried vegetable (kale)

Stew ingredients: tomato, onion, habanero, spring onion, red and green bell pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, rosemary, bay leaf, thyme, curry, salt, bouillon, anise, fennel whole, cardamom, curry, black pepper, and grape oil.

White rice ingredients: parboiled rice or parboil basmati, and salt

Fried plantain: ripe plantain, salt, bouillon seasoning, cayenne pepper, grape oil

Stir fried green vegetable: kale, onion, garlic, salt, bouillon, chili, paprika, habanero, old bay seasoning, and grape oil. It may contain crayfish

Fried bean ingredients: black eye beans, tomato sauce, onion, habanero, chicken broth/beef broth, salt, bouillon seasoning, and grape oil. It may contain crayfish.

- Package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit

- Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the refrigerator to defrost or keep frozen in freezer

- To consume, thaw, heat, and serve!

Microwave Instructions:
- Thaw containers and vacuum-sealed food at room temperature on the kitchen counter or submerge in a bowl of water
- Transfer contents into a microwave-safe bowl
- Microwave for 3-4 mins or to preference.

Our serving bowls are only suitable for reheating (2mins:20second) with a microwave. Sprinkle a little bit of water on food like yam, plantain, potato, and rice and swallow, this will prevent the food from drying out while microwaving it.

All vacuum-sealed meals should be thawed and transferred into a microwave-safe bowl before heating in the microwave

Storage
- Food can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 days (before heating), or placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

- To freeze, place the container in the freezer and store it for up to 2 weeks while vacuum-sealed food can be stored for up to 5 weeks.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

- Orders with expedited shipping may incur an additional charge, beyond the free shipping

- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping.
